Barcelona's Lamine Yamal has received his first ever signature boot in the form of the adidas F50. The Spain youngster is tipped to become one of the best players in the world and this move by adidas elevates his position within the brand's roster
The special edition F50 “Lamine Yamal” combines different shades of his favourite colours pink and purple for a sweet and slick look. Where we see the F50 logo in other adidas collections, adidas have switched that out for his signature number of 304 which is a tribute to the postal number of his neighbourhood where he grew up, in Rocafonda, Mataró.
As we look closer at what makes this personal to Yamal, the soleplate shows off Lamine’s initials with LY featuring on both soleplates whilst his brand new signature logo makes its debut on the insole of the boot. His initials also feature on the laceless area and his signature logo also features on the insoles. The names of Yamal's mum, dad and other family members are also featured on the upper of the laceless boot.
